Meet Our Team

 Jim - With over 35 years of experience in sales and direct mail, I’ve had the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients and learn what truly drives success. I’m all about finding the best solutions, building strong relationships, and helping our clients grow in meaningful ways. 

Gail - With a background in the corporate world, I bring a wealth of experience in administration, organization, and time management to everything I do. My goal is to keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently, ensuring both our team and clients are well taken care of.

When we are not working, you’ll usually find us either on the golf course, swimming, or spending quality time with those we hold dear and appreciating God’s beautiful creations. 

 I have been with the company for almost 5 years! I keep things running smoothly behind the scenes—whether it’s organizing the day-to-day, helping solve problems, or making sure our team stays connected and supported. I love clear communication, staying organized, and finding common ground when challenges arise. 

Outside of work, I’m a proud spouse and parent of two amazing kids—and three lovable (and often muddy) dogs. When I’m not in the office, you’ll likely find me in the garden, in the comfy chair with my latest book, or elbow-deep in flour experimenting with sourdough (my latest obsession). I believe in working hard, supporting others, and always learning something new—whether at work or in the kitchen. 

 I specialize in billing and making sure things get done efficiently and on time. I’m always looking for new and creative ways to streamline our processes and improve our workflow, so we can keep everything running smoothly and meet our goals. 

I’m married, with one awesome kid and one dog who definitely keeps things lively at home. Outside of work, I enjoy hunting with my husband, as well as reading, walking, and cycling. Most of all, I love spending quality time with my family, whether we’re out on an adventure or just relaxing at home. I believe in getting the job done right—and having a little fun along the way. 

 Michelle is our lead graphic designer. She’s been designing for quite a while, and previously worked for Values Magazines and the Spokesman-Review. She also did sales for a little while, and still manages a few accounts in the Idaho area. She’s a WSU alum and a die-hard Coug. Michelle likes to garden and research health & wellness natural remedies.

Max is a sales person in our Idaho area. Previously he was a pressman at Northwest Offset Printing and Century Publishing. He’s been in the printing industry for over 40 years. If you need to know anything about printing, he’s your guy. Max keeps himself busy in his shop, doing woodworking and auto projects.

They have been married for 30 years and they live in Hayden with their crazy husky and 2 cats. All 4 kids have moved out, so they are new empty-nesters. They like to take their side by side out for adventures whenever they can.

 I’m a Regional Sales Representative for the Spokane Metropolitan area, and my focus is on outreach and building strong relationships with local business owners. I love connecting people, discovering the needs of our community, and doing whatever I can to help make things happen. My goal is to foster a network of friends and associates who can rely on each other to grow and succeed.

Originally from the West side of the state, I moved to Spokane five years ago to join the Inland Northwest Wise Shopper team, and it’s been an exciting journey ever since.

When I’m not working, I’m usually spending time with my wonderful wife and two daughters. I also have a soft spot for classic anime like Pokémon and Dragon Ball Z—you can often find me nerding out over episodes or diving into discussions about the good old days of Saturday morning cartoons.

As a Direct Mail Advertising Consultant, I specialize in helping businesses create and execute effective, results-driven direct mail campaigns. My focus is on delivering high-impact solutions that help clients reach their target audience and achieve real, measurable outcomes.

Outside of work, I have a passion for cruising and sailing. When I’m not out on the road or on water, I enjoy reading, spending time with my family, and traveling to explore new places and experiences.

 I'm a Direct Response Marketing Strategist at the Inland Northwest Wise Shopper. I specialize in helping local businesses increase visibility and drive meaningful results through high-impact direct mail advertising campaigns. My goal is to create marketing strategies that not only catch attention but also convert, delivering measurable outcomes for businesses looking to stand out in their communities.

On a personal note, I’m happily married (since February 14, 2025) and a proud dad of one amazing daughter, with another little one on the way. Family is everything to me, and when I’m not working, you’ll find me spending quality time with my loved ones. We recently moved from California and am excited to explore and get to know my new surroundings. I look forward to making the most of what this area has to offer!
